Technical Setup:

  • We’re using a dedicated Google account for NGO activities

Prescription Management

For digital prescriptions, we recommend the following approach:

Option 1: Digital Prescription Templates

  • Use standardized templates in Google Docs or Microsoft Word
  • Include patient details, diagnosis, medications, and instructions
  • Email prescriptions to patients with digital signatures

Option 2: Prescription Software Integration

  • Consider free/open-source prescription software
  • Integrate with our website for direct prescription generation
  • Ensure compliance with local medical regulations

Option 3: Partner with Telemedicine Platforms

  • Explore partnerships with established telemedicine services
  • Use their prescription management systems
  • Maintain data privacy and security

We’re currently evaluating the best option that complies with Indian medical regulations and our NGO’s capabilities.
