EpiPulse is in an early setup phase. Public programs, audited impact numbers, and live donation channels are being prepared and will be published only after formal activation.

Articles of Association (AOA): Governance Framework

Membership

  • Initial members are MOA subscribers
  • New members require unanimous existing-member approval plus Board approval
  • No open or automatic membership

Board and Governance

  • Minimum two directors; up to fifteen as per law
  • Board manages operations under MOA/AOA
  • Director removal by special resolution

Founder/President Framework

  • Founder status is recognized as conceptual origin
  • President role is governance-advisory, not automatic Board voting authority
  • No automatic financial privilege from founder/president role

  • Audited statements: To be published after first statutory audit
  • Program utilization summaries: To be published after operations begin
